Nevada

NAC 641.219 (2)  Maintenance and availability of records. (NRS 641.100, 641.232)

Rhode Island

“A psychologist, licensed behavior analyst or licensed assistant behavior analyst shall maintain the record of each patient or client for not less than 5 years after the last date that service was rendered to the patient or client, except that the record of a patient or client who is a minor must be maintained for not less than 5 years after the last date that service was rendered or 1 year after the patient or client reaches 21 years of age, whichever is longer. A psychologist, licensed behavior analyst or licensed assistant behavior analyst shall comply with all other state and federal laws and regulations concerning the maintenance of records, including a law or regulation which requires him or her to maintain records for a longer period than required by this subsection.”
